Brian Vidinhar is Founder, President & CEO of Ultimate Innovations Inc. Since starting the company in 1985, he has led UI with creative vision and strategic planning to become one of Hawaii's leading fully integrated landscaping firms. With a staff of over 70 dedicated and well-trained professionals, Brian has molded a company culture that reflects a desire to provide outstanding customer service in design, construction and maintenance of all types of landscape projects. Brian was born and raised in Hawaii, grew up in a family of landscapers and has dedicated his life to understanding the science, art and craft of the landscaping industry.

For over 35 years, Jack Morgan has specialized in maintaining some of Hawaii's most prestigious homes and commercial properties. Jack joined Ultimate Innovations in 2005 after stints with the Ihilani Resort and Spa and the Ko Olina Resort in West Oahu. Jack also had his own landscape business in Honolulu for 22 years prior to joining forces with Ultimate Innovations. He has spent his entire career establishing quality standards and understanding best practices to deliver service excellence to the customer in landscape maintenance, irrigation and lighting. He is also a Hawaii State, Certified Pesticide Applicator (CPA) and is responsible for the entire maintenance operation for all UI accounts.

Dennis Bain has been with Ultimate Innovations since 2000 and has spent more than 20 years in the landscape business. After starting and operating his own landscape company in his hometown near Houston, Texas, Dennis relocated to Hawaii and earned state certifications as a Certified Landscape Technician, Certified Pesticide Applicator and Crane Operator. He manages maintenance crews throughout the island and specializes in "trouble-shooting" irrigation and lighting problems. Dennis focuses his maintenance crews on continuous improvement, challenging his team to "leave every job better than when they arrived."

Ron Ogomori is Ultimate Innovations latest management addition and oversees new installation and construction projects for the company. Ron has a varied background in the construction industry having worked as a project manager in general construction for the past five years. Ron spent several years as a manufacturers representative, working with a company that produces a wide assortment of commercial products for the construction industry. He is a graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara where he holds an undergraduate degree in Business Economics.

Sila Sunia joined Ultimate Innovations in early 2009 to assist in one of the fastest growing segments of Ultimate Innovations business - pool and pond construction. Water Features and rock walls have been a special talent of Silas for more than 10 years having worked with some of Hawaii's top construction companies. He enjoys getting involved from initial concept through the design phase, and does a masterful job overseeing construction and installation.

Robert came to UI in 1997 as a landscaping Maintenance Tech, after three short months he was promoted to the position of Crew Leader. Within the year, he began supervising several of the landscaping crews as an Account Manager due to his excellent performance and training skills. Robert has over 15 years of experience in the landscaping field, having been trained in irrigation maintenance and repair and operation of large equipment.

Marta Dale serves as Ultimate Innovations' specialist in landscaping design. She has been with UI since 2005 and has spent over 25 years in the landscaping industry. Marta came to Hawaii to study tropical plants at the University of Hawaii after earning her undergraduate degree in landscape architecture in her native Brazil. She is a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA).

Wine Diza is one of Ultimate Innovations irrigation specialists. With over 20 years of landscape industry experience Wine moved to Hawaii in 1994 from the Philippines and began working with Ultimate Innovations in 1997. He got his start in the landscape maintenance division and with his years of experience has become the "go to" guy for landscape irrigation installations and problems.

Born and raised in nearby Waimanalo, Solomon Jacobs has been working in the landscaping industry for over 20 years. Early in his career Solomon developed a passion for designing and building ponds and water features and he has become a specialist in Ultimate Innovations Waterscapes Division. Prior to joining Ultimate Innovations four years ago, Solomon had his own landscaping business, specializing in the renovation and installation of tropical landscapes throughout the island.
